About this resource
This program offers outpatient services for mental health and substance use treatment aimed at adults who are covered by Medicaid. It includes assessments for mental health and substance use, as well as individual and group therapy sessions, and case management support.
Intake Process: You can either call to arrange an appointment or complete a referral form online.
Fees: The program accepts WA Apple Health (Medicaid).
Who can use this
- To qualify, individuals must provide their full name and date of birth: Adults aged 18 and older with active Medicaid, a diagnosis of mental health and/or substance use disorder, and residency in Washington state.
