About this resource
This program assists low-income Medicare recipients in covering their Medicare Part A and Part B premiums, including co-pays and deductibles for those with very limited income.
Intake Procedure: You can apply by calling, visiting the website, or going to any Community Service Office (CSO).
Fees: There are no fees associated with this program.
Who can use this
- Residents of Washington state who receive Medicare and have an income at or below 100% of the Federal Poverty Level qualify for maximum assistance. For Part B premium help, the income must be at or below 135% of the Federal Poverty Level. Individuals with disabilities can receive Part A premium assistance if their income is at 200% of the Federal Poverty Level.
