The program facilitates educational success for homeless youth by providing transportation to their original schools or assisting them in enrolling in local schools promptly.
Intake Procedure: Speak with the homeless student counselor at the local school or contact the district's homeless liaison for assistance.
Fees: There are no fees associated with this service.
Who can use this
- Eligible individuals include families or unaccompanied minors who do not have a stable, regular, and adequate nighttime residence, such as those temporarily sharing housing, living in motels or camps, using non-traditional sleeping places, residing in emergency shelters, or awaiting foster care placement.
