This service provides resources and referrals, along with written materials, concerning different types of adoption and assists with independent adoptions.

Fees: Adoption search costs $30 (money orders only). Non-identifying information is $60 (money orders only). Form packets are priced at $20 (with an additional $3.50 for mailing; payment via check or money orders only). The petition to access costs $30 (check or money orders only). File review/checklist review is $15 (money orders only). Most other services are charged at a flat rate of $150 per hour, capped at $500. There is no fee for birth parents. Additional charges apply for certified copies. Credit or debit cards are not accepted for any services.
