About this resource

To access MOUD services, clients need to be enrolled with UW Medicine for primary care. Buprenorphine medication is provided in a medical clinic environment, and there is no requirement for counseling to obtain these medications. Poly substance users are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Intake Procedure: Enrollment with UW Medicine for primary care is necessary to qualify for MOUD services.

Fees: The program accepts Medicaid, Medicare (in select locations), private insurance, and offers options for private pay.
