About this resource

This initiative manages resource centers that assist individuals facing homelessness in securing housing and related services. Clients are placed into housing programs based on their specific needs and the availability of resources.

Intake Process: Individuals can complete their intake into the Coordinated Entry System at any Regional Access Point. Those experiencing homelessness in King County can request appointments at any Regional Access Point, regardless of proximity. Intake assessments are also available at shelters, day centers, and through outreach teams/providers.

Costs: There are no fees associated with this service.

Who can use this

  • Residents of King County, including single adults, young adults, couples, families, and veterans, who are experiencing homelessness, which includes living outside, staying in inappropriate housing, residing in shelters, fleeing domestic violence, or exiting institutions where they were previously in a shelter or unsuitable living conditions. Young adults at imminent risk of homelessness within 14 days are also eligible.
