Offers assistance to pregnant individuals facing mental health issues, such as anxiety and depression, which may arise before, during, or after pregnancy. Psychotherapy is available throughout the months leading up to, during, and following pregnancy.

Who can use this
- Open to pregnant and postnatal individuals who have a history of perinatal mental health issues or mental health conditions from preconception to one year postpartum, are experiencing significant mood or behavioral changes, have faced unexpected outcomes like NICU stays or complications, feel overwhelmed by childbirth or postpartum challenges, or struggle with bonding to their baby.
