Intake Steps: Contact via phone or visit the website for further details. During the interview process: 1. Options for Zoom or in-person interviews in a conference room are available. You will encounter two interviewers, either as a panel or as separate individuals. 2. Following the interview, you must submit drug test paperwork on the same day, with a two-hour window to check in. 3. Fingerprinting will take place 4-5 business days to up to two weeks later. 4. The fingerprinting process is located in Renton and is scheduled post-drug test. 5. The training consists of 40 classroom hours and two weeks of practical yard work, which includes memorizing the training manual. In some cases, the entire training can be finished in approximately two months.

Costs: There is no initial fee. Compensation: Interns earn $18 per hour during the 8-week training, while substitute drivers earn $24. The job is part-time, ranging from 4 to 7.5 hours daily, with a yearly salary that ensures no income gaps during off periods or summer.
