This program provides a secure parking solution featuring 15 spaces designated for adult men, women, and couples. It includes a portable restroom and a guesthouse that comes with a refrigerator and microwave.

Who can use this
- Open to adults of all genders, including singles and couples, but not suitable for those with minor children. Substance use is prohibited, and while a background check is conducted, individuals with criminal records may be considered on an individual basis. RVs or oversized vehicles are not allowed, and vehicles must be in working condition. Pets are permitted.
