Who can use this
- Eligibility is determined by the child's age and residential address. Upon enrollment, you must provide documentation to confirm eligibility. Children must be 3 or 4 years old by August 31, which marks the beginning of the program year. Those who turn 5 before August 31 are eligible for kindergarten and cannot participate in City-Funded preschool programs. The program is exclusively available to Seattle residents, and children living in unincorporated Seattle or outside city limits are not eligible.
