Provides a full range of birth control options, Pap smears, breast examinations, STI testing and treatment, as well as screenings for breast, cervical, and ovarian cancers, vasectomies, and pregnancy tests. It assists low-income individuals in applying for health insurance and offers telehealth appointments.
Intake Procedure: To make an appointment, call the office. Telehealth appointments are also an option.
Fees: A sliding scale is applied based on annual income. WA Apple Health (Medicaid) and most private insurance plans are accepted, including Family Planning only Medicaid. Many clients qualify for free or reduced-cost services, and pregnancy testing is provided at no charge.

- Open to individuals seeking reproductive health care, with no age restrictions, and parental consent is not necessary for family planning services in Washington state.
