This initiative prepares high school juniors for careers in the aerospace and advanced manufacturing sectors. It is offered at no cost and includes a financial stipend. Students who successfully complete the two-year program will earn a credential in aerospace or advanced manufacturing.
Intake Process: Interested applicants should reach out via email or phone to the Youth Program Manager, using "YAP Applicant" as the subject line. It's essential to provide contact details in the email. To finalize the application, a parent or guardian must be present to sign the required releases and waivers, and they are also required to attend an orientation session. Applicants should bring a picture ID and Social Security Card. Selection will be based on an interview and application process.
Fees: The program is free for eligible students, and participants will receive a stipend based on their attendance and involvement.
