Evergreen Treatment Services - South King County Clinic

This program provides medication-assisted treatment and support for individuals dealing with opioid use disorder. It also offers courtesy doses to those who are participating in other treatment programs. Patients initiate their treatment with either methadone or buprenorphine and are required to visit the clinic daily to receive their medication.

Intake Procedure: Begin by calling for an initial phone interview to conduct a phone screening and arrange an in-person assessment.

Fees: The program accepts Washington Apple Health (Medicaid) and a variety of insurance plans.
