Provides an electronic tracking bracelet designed for individuals who are at risk of straying from their caregivers.
Application Process: Caregivers can apply for a bracelet by calling or emailing the project coordinator. An interview and contract signing by the caregiver are required.
Costs: The bracelet itself is provided at no charge, but there is a $150 setup fee. The $15 monthly maintenance fee may be waived based on individual circumstances.
Who can use this
- Individuals diagnosed with Alzheimer's, dementia, Down syndrome, autism, and other related conditions.
