Intake Procedure: Go in person. It's advisable to call the specific location beforehand to check the operating hours and ensure that the air conditioning is functioning.

Who can use this
- There are no restrictions. Vulnerable groups such as elderly or frail individuals, the homeless, parents with young children, and those with health issues exacerbated by heat are encouraged to utilize cooling centers, especially from 1pm to 5pm when temperatures peak.
