This initiative supports youth facing homelessness in achieving educational success by arranging transport to their original school or helping them enroll in a nearby school without unnecessary delays.
Intake Procedure: Speak with a counselor at the student's local school or reach out to the district's homeless liaison.
Fees: There are no fees associated with this service.
Who can use this
- Eligible individuals include families or unaccompanied minors without a stable, regular, and adequate nighttime residence, such as those temporarily sharing housing, living in motels or camps, using non-sleeping designed areas, residing in emergency shelters or transitional housing, or awaiting foster care placement.
