This program assists veterans in accessing various resources, including obtaining their DD-214 and applying for benefits, along with support for housing, employment, education, and culturally sensitive therapy.
Intake Procedure: Interested individuals should call for further information and screening, with drop-in assessments also available.
Fees: There are no fees associated with this service.
Who can use this
- Veterans from any branch of the United States Military are eligible, irrespective of their discharge status. Current spouses or dependent children may also qualify, with navigators available to assess individual eligibility.
