About this resource
Provides comprehensive mental health services and collaborative case management for children, youth, and families facing complex challenges, including developmental disabilities.
Intake Process: Contact us to undergo an eligibility screening.
Costs: Accepts Medicaid and other state funding options.
Who can use this
- Children and youth up to 21 years old with complex emotional or behavioral health issues who, along with their caregiver or guardian, consent to participate in the process are eligible if they qualify for Medicaid or are involved in at least two of the following services: mental health therapy, substance use therapy, special education, Children's Administration, Juvenile Justice, or Developmental Disabilities Administration.
