Who can use this

Children and youth up to 21 years old with complex emotional or behavioral health issues who, along with their caregiver or guardian, consent to participate in the process are eligible if they qualify for Medicaid or are involved in at least two of the following services: mental health therapy, substance use therapy, special education, Children's Administration, Juvenile Justice, or Developmental Disabilities Administration.
