About this resource

Volunteers assist seniors aged 60 and above living independently by offering yardwork, minor home repairs, companionship, friendly visits, and light housekeeping, currently serving clients only in the Greater Issaquah and Sammamish areas.

Intake Process: Interested clients should reach out via phone or email. Requests for services must come from the clients themselves; if a third party initiates the request, it must be confirmed by the client directly. The agency will conduct a home visit to evaluate the client's needs as part of the application process.

Cost: There are no fees for these services.

Who can use this

To qualify, clients must be: Adults aged 55 and older residing in Issaquah, Sammamish, Preston, Fall City, Snoqualmie, and North Bend; living independently without supportive housing; capable of being transported by volunteers; able to comprehend the program and manage scheduled services; maintain personal hygiene; and be safe at home and in the community.
