About this resource
This initiative provides financial aid for minor home repairs to SeaTac homeowners who qualify based on income. Applicants must have owned and lived in their home for a minimum of one year, possess active homeowner's insurance, and plan to remain in their residence for the foreseeable future.

Who can use this
- Residents of SeaTac must have owned and occupied their home for at least one year, hold current homeowner's insurance, and plan to stay in their home, with an income at or below 80% of the Area Median Income.
