About this resource

This program offers obstetric care and additional support services to assist low-income women on Medicaid throughout their pregnancy and until their child reaches one year old. Services may include case management, nutritional guidance, home visits, and assistance with health insurance applications.

Intake Procedure: To get started, call for an appointment. The program will assist women in applying for state medical assistance if they qualify.

Fees: The program accepts WA Apple Health (Medicaid).

Who can use this

  • Eligible participants include pregnant, postpartum, and parenting women, as well as newborns and infants up to one year old, who must be enrolled in state medical assistance. Home visit services are prioritized for Medicaid-eligible clients at the greatest risk for adverse health outcomes, depending on available resources.
