- In Renton, applicants must identify as refugees or immigrants with an income below 50% of AMI. For Tukwila, all residents qualify as long as their income is below 50% of AMI. Assistance can be received from ReWA once annually, and no eviction or shut-off notice is necessary; proof of current and future crisis resolution is required.
