Intake Procedure: To start the process for international communication, individuals can call or visit during business hours. Basic information about the person being searched for may be required, such as their name, last known address, and birthdate.
Fees: There are no charges for this service.
Who can use this
- The service is available only for family members separated due to war or disaster and cannot process requests lacking sufficient information, nor those related to genealogical research, legal issues, adoption situations, or third-party inquiries.
