Boyer Children'S Clinic At Magnuson Park
Community Resource
About this resource
This program delivers prompt support to children aged from birth to 48 months who either did not meet the criteria for ESIT or were late referrals (between 34-48 months). It also assists those whose care continuity was disrupted due to the transition from Early Supports and require temporary services while connecting to their subsequent programs.
Intake Process: To initiate services, please call to schedule an appointment with the Intake Coordinator. The agency collaborates with housing service providers to help remove obstacles to service access for families and children experiencing housing instability.
Fees: Services are offered on a sliding scale. The program accepts WA Apple Health (Medicaid) and various private insurance plans.
Who can use this
- To qualify for services, a child must be between birth and four years old (enrolling up to 47 months), reside in Seattle, and meet specific developmental assessment criteria.
