Who can use this
- Adults aged 18 and above who serve as primary caregivers for children of friends or relatives are eligible, provided the children are 18 or younger and the caregiver holds either informal or formal responsibilities like legal custody or guardianship. Licensed foster parents and those with open cases with CPS and Child Welfare Services can receive financial assistance through their case workers.
