This initiative provides financial support to American Indians and Alaska Natives to assist them in achieving or maintaining stable housing. The types of assistance available include eviction prevention, move-in aid, and help with utility bills.
Intake Procedure: The Chief Seattle Club welcomes individuals on a walk-in basis. To become a member, please visit the location. For inquiries related to member registration, which is the first step to accessing services, you can reach out at (206) 715-7536. For housing assistance questions for existing members, please contact the Housing Department.
Fees: There are no fees associated with this service.
Who can use this
- Eligibility is open to American Indians and Alaska Natives with proof of tribal affiliation or descent, as well as Pacific Islanders and Native Hawaiians, who must register as members of the Chief Seattle Club to access services.
