About this resource
This initiative supports low-income youth in Seattle in their preparation for post-secondary education by providing tutoring and fostering leadership skills. It is available to students in 9th and 10th grades at Garfield or Rainier Beach high schools, specifically aimed at those who are the first in their families to attend college.

Who can use this
- Eligible students must: - Be enrolled in 9th or 10th grade at Rainier Beach or Garfield high schools - Be a U.S. citizen or possess a permanent resident card - Come from low-income families that align with U.S. Department of Education criteria - Be the first in their family to graduate from college - Require academic assistance while demonstrating the potential for college-level work and needing help with college applications, funding, and transition to college.
