Who can use this
- Homeowners must occupy single-family homes within Seattle city limits. For the Loan Program, homeowners need to have equity and comply with underwriting standards. Those earning 50% or below the Area Median Income may qualify for 0% interest loans, while those earning between 51-80% may access loans at 3% interest. The Grant Program is available to individuals earning at or below 50% of the Area Median Income, with a maximum assistance of $10,000 over a lifetime.
