Application Process: Contact us to obtain an application and get added to the waiting list. The typical waiting period is around 18 months for a studio and can extend to 7 years for a one-bedroom unit.
Costs: For subsidized units, rent is 30% of the net monthly income. Monthly fees are $565 for studios and $720 for one-bedroom apartments.
Who can use this
- Eligible applicants include low-income seniors aged 62 and older, with priority given to those with the lowest incomes for subsidized units; there are no strict income limits otherwise. Only non-smokers are allowed, and small pets are permitted. Background checks for criminal history and evictions are conducted.
