This program provides eligible deaf and blind individuals with access to modern communication technologies, such as email, text messaging, and telephone services, allowing them to engage actively in society.
Intake Procedure: Interested individuals can reach out via email or phone.
Fees: There are no associated costs.
Who can use this
- To qualify, household income must not exceed 400% of the Federal Poverty Level, and applicants must meet specific criteria regarding hearing and visual impairments that significantly hinder daily living and vocational opportunities.
