This program provides weekly home visits that incorporate educational activities, parenting support, health and mental wellness resources, nutritional guidance, and family assistance for low-income parents of children from birth to age 3.

- Low-income expectant mothers and children aged 0-3 are eligible, including those who are foster or homeless.
