- Targets adults seeking to improve their lives after facing challenges, including those with criminal records and individuals experiencing homelessness. Requirements include: Must be 18 years or older, face employment barriers, be available for training up to 6 hours daily, possess valid employment authorization for the U.S., and be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
