Harborview Medical Center's Eye Clinic

Provides a range of eye care services such as eye examinations, urgent care for eye issues, diagnosis and management of uncommon eye diseases, surgical procedures, and referrals for low vision aids. Patients are assessed for suitable visual aids, and there is an optical shop available offering eye exams, glasses, and repair services.

Intake Procedure: To schedule an appointment, please call. New patients might experience a waiting period of about five to six months for appointments unless there's a medical urgency. Emergency cases are handled at the Harborview Medical Center Emergency Department.

Fees: There are two types of fees: a standard hospital fee and a physician's fee. For assistance with medical expenses, reach out to the hospital's financial counseling department. The facility accepts Medicare, Washington State Labor & Industries Department - Workers Compensation, and WA Apple Health (Medicaid).
