About this resource
Offers addiction medicine services where patients consult with an RN or MD for a brief evaluation before being referred to MOUD services. Walk-ins are welcome. Treatments available include Buprenorphine, Subutex, Long-Acting Buprenorphine (Sublocade XR and Brixadi XR), and Naltrexone (Vivitrol). Counseling is not a prerequisite for receiving medications.
Intake Procedure: Begin with a phone interview to arrange the intake and assessment. Nursing intake and a Physician consultation for medication induction usually take place within 48 hours following the in-person assessment.
Fees: Accepts WA Apple Health (Medicaid), Medicare, select private insurances, private pay, and offers low-cost/sliding scale options.
