The clinic operates a Fall Prevention Clinic two times a week, providing services such as thorough evaluations of fall risk factors, creating management plans for those identified risks, and conducting follow-ups to promote adherence to the recommendations.
Intake Procedure: Referrals from other healthcare providers are welcomed.
Fees: The clinic accepts Medicare, WA Apple Health (Medicaid), and private insurance.
Who can use this
- Adults aged 65 and older with complex medical conditions, particularly those who have not yet fallen but are at risk, as well as individuals with a history of falls to help prevent future serious injuries.
