About this resource
This initiative supports Seattle homeowners who are confronting foreclosure by offering rescue loans. Eligible homeowners can receive deferred loans of up to $30,000, aimed at helping families remain in their homes and communities.
Intake Process: A referral from a HUD-approved counseling agency is required. Homeowners should visit the Washington Homeownership Resource Center's website to get a referral and determine their eligibility.
Fees: There are no fees associated with this program.
