This program provides prescriptions for Buprenorphine and Naltrexone, along with micro-dosing options for Fentanyl and the administration of Sublocade injections.
Intake Procedure: For more details, please call. Generally, new patients can begin treatment within 24 hours or potentially on the same day.
Fees: The program accepts WA Apple Health (Medicaid), private payments, and private insurance, with income-based sliding scale fees available. Additional laboratory tests will incur separate charges.
Who can use this
- Individuals with an opioid use disorder are eligible, while polysubstance users may be considered on a case-by-case basis; Methadone treatment is not available through this program.
