About this resource
This program provides suboxone in an outpatient setting for substance use disorder treatment. Patients are motivated to engage in therapy to enhance the likelihood of successful outcomes.

Fees: We accept Medicaid, Medicare, private payments, private insurance, and provide low-cost sliding scale fees.
Who can use this
- There are no restrictions; the program serves everyone regardless of poly-substance use, co-occurring conditions, or housing situation. The primary reasons for discharge include diversion, non-compliance, and continued opiate use despite maximum buprenorphine doses and increased counseling.
