About this resource
Bilingual and bicultural social workers offer a range of support services for Asian family caregivers, which includes case management, needs assessments, the creation of service plans, consultations, as well as education and counseling for caregivers.
Intake Procedure: Please call for assistance.
Fees: There are no fees involved.
Who can use this
- Adult caregivers who are unpaid, aged 18 and over, and caring for someone aged 60 or older, or an adult with a disability, are eligible. Caregivers must reside in King County, and the care recipient should not be receiving Medicaid-funded long-term care services. The program particularly focuses on caregivers from Asian and Chinese backgrounds, especially those caring for individuals with dementia or other health issues.
