Who can use this
- This service is designed for low-income, non-English and limited-English speaking Asian and Pacific-Islander individuals and families facing challenges in accessing resources due to language, cultural, or geographic obstacles. Clients must be at least 16 years old or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. It serves residents of King County or those with cases filed there, and may assist out-of-state clients via phone if necessary.
