Agreements with local agencies to deliver services and assistance to infants and toddlers who qualify for the State Infant Toddler Early Intervention Program (ITEIP).

Costs: No fees are required.
Who can use this
- Parents of children aged 3 and under who have special needs or have concerns about their child's development may qualify. Children up to 36 months are eligible if they exhibit a 25% developmental delay or are 1.5 standard deviations below their age in areas such as cognitive, physical (including vision, hearing, fine and gross motor skills), communication, social or emotional, and adaptive development.
