This service offers an on-demand transit option for residents in areas such as Delridge, Issaquah, Juanita, Kent, Northshore, Othello, Rainier Beach, Renton Highlands, Sammamish, Skyway, South Park, and Tukwila, with fares equivalent to a Metro bus ticket. Users can book rides by calling or utilizing the mobile app or web browser.
Intake Procedure: To arrange a ride, customers can either call or use the mobile app or website.
Fees: The cost is the same as a Metro bus fare. With an ORCA card, riders can transfer for free to or from a bus, Sound Transit Link light rail, or Sounder. The service also accepts credit cards, debit cards, and prepaid cards.
Who can use this
- Eligible participants include residents of specific neighborhoods, with accessible vehicles available; service animals are permitted, while other pets must be in carriers, and riders must be at least 13 years old to travel unaccompanied.
