This service keeps track of all real estate transactions, marriage certificates, military records, and other public documents in King County.
Intake Procedure: You can submit documents by mail, visit in person, call for details, or request forms online. Any documents submitted after 3:30 PM will be recorded the next day.
Fees: The fees for recording documents, obtaining maps, or copying documents vary. There is no fee for the Military Separation Record - Form DD214.
