Intake Procedure: You can visit either the King County Courthouse in Seattle (Room W-280) or the Regional Justice Center in Kent (Room 1 D) during designated drop-in hours. For cases involving the conclusion of a divorce or parenting plan (where paternity is already established) by agreement or default, initiating a minor guardianship, submitting annual reports in an adult guardianship, trial preparation, or any situation requiring an interpreter, you can arrange an in-person or virtual appointment with a Facilitator via the website.
Fees: There are no charges for this service.
