To initiate the process, you can either call or visit in person for further details. Civil Protection Order (CPO) hearings are held both in person and via Zoom. Who can use this

Domestic Violence Protection Order: Available to individuals fearing violence from a family or household member, or victims of physical harm or stalking. Sexual Assault Protection Order: For those not eligible for a domestic violence order but are victims of non-consensual sexual acts. Stalking/Anti-Harassment Order: For individuals not qualifying for a domestic violence order who have been seriously alarmed or harassed. Vulnerable Adult Protection Order: For individuals over 60 lacking the ability to care for themselves, or those over 18 who are incapacitated, have a developmental disability, or receive care from a licensed provider.
