About this resource
This program provides case management services for veterans, service members, and their families, concentrating on housing, employment, and overall stability. It assists veterans in applying for benefits at the VA, federal, or state levels, requiring proof of discharge or activation and income.
Intake Procedure: New clients are welcome to walk in, and services will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis. Returning clients are advised to call ahead to set up appointments.
