About this resource
This service offers prepared frozen meals to individuals who are homebound, along with grocery bags containing fresh produce and non-perishable items. It also has multiple pickup locations for clients who have some mobility. Please note that there is a waitlist in effect.
Intake Process: Interested individuals can apply online or call to inquire about services or make a referral. Some programs may have a waitlist.
Cost: There are no fees associated with this service.
Who can use this
- Individuals residing in King County with HIV/AIDS or other chronic conditions that render them homebound are eligible, with specific criteria for Seattle residents and income limits for those who are HIV+.
