Intake Process: LAUNDRY: To use laundry services, call for a same-day appointment or visit in person to add your name to the first-come, first-served list. It’s advisable to sign up early, as slots fill quickly. Clients can borrow a set of overalls for laundry by leaving an ID or shoe. The laundry service is self-operated and typically takes around two hours. SHOWERS & RESTROOMS: To access restrooms and schedule a same-day shower appointment, visit the facility in person. Each shower is limited to 15 minutes (20 minutes for individuals with physical disabilities) and features locking doors.

Who can use this

  • Open to adults, youth, and children of all genders, with a focus on serving the homeless. Showers are ADA compliant, featuring handrails, a chair, and spacious stalls for wheelchair access. Laundry is restricted to one 18-pound load every other day, and showers can be utilized once daily. Washing shoes is not permitted. No smoking, intoxication, or drug use is allowed, and patrons must treat each other and staff respectfully. Leashed and well-behaved companion animals are welcome.
