This facility provides restrooms, showers, and laundry services, along with a selection of hygiene items. It caters to adults of all genders and children, giving priority to those experiencing homelessness. The site maintains a strict no smoking, intoxication, or drug use policy and functions as a cooling center during weather alerts.

Intake Process: LAUNDRY: To use the laundry service, clients should call for a same-day appointment or visit in person any day to add their name to the first-come, first-served list. Early registration is advised, as the laundry list fills up quickly. Clients can borrow a set of overalls for laundry by providing an ID or a shoe. The self-service laundry takes about two hours. SHOWERS & RESTROOMS: Clients can visit in person to access restrooms and schedule same-day shower appointments. Each shower is limited to 15 minutes (20 minutes for those with physical disabilities) and features locking doors.

Who can use this

  • Open to adults, youth, and children of all genders, with a focus on assisting those who are homeless. Showers are ADA compliant and accessible for wheelchair users, while laundry is restricted to one 18-pound load every other day, and showers can be taken once daily. No washing of shoes is allowed, and a respectful demeanor is expected from all patrons. Companion animals are welcome if leashed and well-behaved.
