This resource provides a list of online mental health support groups organized by state affiliates, allowing any interested individuals to participate in any group. Meetings are conducted on a Zoom platform that adheres to HIPAA regulations.
Intake Procedure: Participants can register online for groups or attend in-person sessions.

- Individuals impacted by mental health issues can join, with a focus on selecting the most suitable online group regardless of local affiliation, including separate sessions for adults with mental illness and those supporting loved ones.
